First off, our winner from last week's gorgeous photo giveaway is... (imagine a drumroll here): Asuka! Richard will be in touch with you about your win soon :)

What got you started with selling online? What inspired you to put yourself out there?
I wanted to find out if it could be profitable. If I could make money selling the things I make, I could spend more time doing what I like to do. I have always made things. Since I was a small child I have always had several projects going at all times. I love mixing and blending colors and textures and watching things come together. I chose jewelry for my online shop because it seemed like something that is widely appealing, affordable and easily sent through the mail. It’s kind of practical art.

What is your absolute favorite piece in your shop?
Hard question! Right now I’m pretty partial to the Delicate Trellis & Red Bead Necklace. Those red beads are so gorgeous.

What got you started with selling online? What inspired you to put yourself out there?

I was always in to photography and given the responses I was getting on sites like flickr etc I decided to try selling my photography.  Redbubble came up as some where I had seen and bought art prints from before and so I investigated it further. Later on I decided to leave my current career and have a go at making it in the professional photography field. So far so good.
What is your absolute favorite piece in your shop(s)? Hard to say, either Fishing with the Kids  or Droplet on Bottlebrush but there are many the closely follow. Both of those are from when I was in Australia and remind me of home quite a lot.  Previously I've leant towards nature, landscapes and macros in my work but recently I've been diverging into people in general but more specifically beauty, fashion and concept pieces that involve people somehow

What got you started with selling online? What inspired you to put yourself out there? When I started making jewelry, I had no intention of selling online. I thought it would be a hassle, expensive, etc. So, I sold to co-workers, friends, and family. I eventually started gaining a HUGE inventory, and decided that I needed to find other ways to sell. That's when I heard about Etsy. I signed up for an account, and voila! It was so easy to use! Compared to trying to make my own website, using Etsy was fantastic. There's a wonderful community of talented people from many parts of the world. I'm so happy I came across it. I wasn't too sure how my designs would go online, since I'd never done any market research or any marketing related activities. I didn't have many sales when I began, but I did get noticed by some lovely people's treasuries and blogs. Those are the people that helped me keep going…

What got you started with selling online? What inspired you to put yourself out there? I was searching for easy ways to bring in extra income and a few friends suggested I check out Etsy. I'm a very crafty person, always have been, so creating goods to sell online came fairly easily to me. As for putting myself out there, I've been doing that for years already. I am a graphic designer, I've learned over the years that not everyone is going to like my style or my designs, as long as there are enough who appreciate what I do, then I'm happy.
What is your absolute favorite piece in your shop(s)?
I'd have to say the Octagon Dragonfly Pendant seen here: http://www.etsy.com/listing/49830259/octagon-letter-pendant-brass-dragonfly It totally represents my shop, it's eclectic, upcycled and unique! I've recently discovered the world of Swarovski crystals, so I've been having some fun with those too. I'd say t…
